2010 CABERNET ROSE - 750 ML – 13,5 % VOL.

GRAPE VARIETY: CABERNET SAUVIGNON, MADE FROM 100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON GRAPES, HAND PICKED FROM OUR SWAN VALLEY VINEYARD. THE GRAPES WERE DESTEMMED AND CRUSHED THEN ALLOWED MACERATION OVERNIGHT AT COOL TEMPERATURE, BEFORE CENTLY PRESSING TO EXTRACT COLOUR AND FLAVOUR.THE WINE SHOWS VIBRANT RUBY RED COLOUR, FRESH AND FRUITY WITH INTENSE LIFTED AROMAS OF STRAWBERRY AND RED CURRANT FRUIT, FINISHING FRESH AND ELEGANT WITH A SOFY AND FLAVOURSOME FINISH.
SERVE WITH: ANTIPASTO PLATTER, PIZZA OR SPICY ASIAN FOOD. OR ENJOY AS AN APERITIF.

GRAPE VARIETY: SEMILLON AND MUSCAT GORDO BLANCO.
STYLE: SWEET FULL BODY WITH A FLORAL BOUQUET. THE PALATE IS MOUTHFILLING WITH FLAVOURS OF ORANGE RIND AND RAISINS FOLLOWING BY A FINE BALANCE BETWEEN SWEETNESS AND ACIDITY GENERATING A REFRESHING FINISH.

This wine has an elegant cherry pink colour and
a fine and persistent mousse.
The perfume displays fresh fruit with delicate yeast scents.
The palate emphasises fruit over yeast and its sweet acid
balance makes it of refined softness for a brut.

This fine old tawny was made from a blend
and finta Madeira, fouriga, finta cao, souzau and shiraz
all grown on our Swan Valley vineyard.
A rich and loucious wine showing an excellent integration
of fruit and spirit, with a delicate rancio character .
